The name of the latest addtion to the fleet of Blount vehicles. Actually, I will call her "Pistis" the greek word translated faith. According to Strongs, the defition of pistis is: persuasion, i.e. credence; moral conviction (of religious truth, or the truthfulness of God or a religious teacher), especially reliance upon Christ for salvation; abstract constancy in such profession; by extensive the system of religious (Gospel) truth itself :- assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity.
May this vehicle be a testament to our faith that God provides.

Funny. The string of car names in this branch of the family includes the 'original' Hope, a red '84 Tempo, Faith, a blue '79 Malibu, and Grace - aka Gracie - a '96 F-150.
This is all made considerably stranger by the fact that I was not a Christian at the time I named any of these vehicles.
PS - Hope II, the Honda, was so named over my objections. I felt that naming a car after having had a car with the same name was bad juju.
Guess who won that debate? ;-)
Lil Bro,
There was never any doubt about who would win debates in that situation. Not knowing that you had previously named a vehicle Faith, I nontheless chose that name because we are stepping out on faith in this purchase. It was not done lightly, and we are trusting for the provisions to meet the needs, not our wants.
Besides, it will be a sweet ride to Alabama in a couple of weeks!
